The FAQ was created in August 1995 and has improved in leaps and bounds since then. I have been humbled by the generosity and support that so many people have provided for the FAQ and the not inconsiderable time and expense that they have incurred on my behalf. Videos, Books, Magazines, Compact Discs, floppy disks, letters and parcels have been sent to me from as far afield as the USA and Australia. I have taken much pleasure in sharing the combined knowledge of these Country & Western affcianados with readers of the FAQ and I am, and will remain, deeply indebted to all those who have shown such dedication to the C&W community on the Internet.
