                         DESPERADO TRAIL

Just as Waltz Across Texas was choreographed as an alternative to
a waltz for couples, this line dance was choreographed as an
alternative to the Desperado Wrap for couples. As with the waltz,
the line dancers are in the center of the floor while the couples
dance on the outside edge. This works well for all of the beautiful
ballads that are too slow for a 2 Step or a Horseshoe.

END OF DANCE.

I know it can be difficult to read someone's step descriptions and fully understand what they mean. If anyone has any questions on this dance, please feel free to contact me via E-mail or Phone: 954-941-4552.

This is a very bouncy, loose, swingy line dance, it can not be taught *ridgid*. It is taught very well to counts. Most likely, women are going to like this dance more than men - so don't be surprized if you see that.

I know the name of this dance is a little odd, but this is how I came up with it. I know a girl named Willie Mae whom I admire very much and I have always liked Elvis' moves - so when the dance finally came together, Willie Mae Buford Loves Elvis just kinda fit. Buford is not her real last name, by the way. :-)
