CHOREOGRAPHERS NOTE: A basic two-step pattern is 6 beats of music. 
Each "Quick" takes one beat of music and each "Slow" takes two beats 
of music. If you count 5, 6, 7, 8 to begin the dance each of these 
numbers is a "Quick" count.

1 - 6           Step forward onto left foot, step forward onto right 
                foot, step forward onto left foot, hold for one beat, 
                pivoting on soles of both feet make a 1/2 turn to

                one beat.

Quick , Quick , Slow, Turn (Q, Q, S, S)
7 - 12          Step forward onto right foot, step forward onto left 
                foot, step forward onto right foot, hold for one beat,  
                pivoting on soles of both feet make a 1/2 turn to 
                left (CCW) maintaining weight on right foot, hold for 
                one beat.

13 - 20         Step forward onto left foot, step forward onto right

45 - 52         Step to left side onto left foot, step right foot next

                make a 1/4 turn to left (CCW), hold for one beat, pivot 
                on sole of left foot 1/4 turn to left (CCW) and step 
                onto right foot, hold for one beat, pivot on sole of 
                right foot 1/2 turn to left (CCW) and step onto left 
                foot.

Quick , Quick , 3 Point turn (Q, Q, S, S, S)
53 - 60         Step to right side onto right foot, step left foot next 
                to right, point and step to right side onto right foot 
                and make a 1/4 turn to right, hold for one beat, pivot 
                on sole of right foot 1/2 turn to right (CW) and step 
                onto left foot, hold for one beat, pivot on sole of 
                left foot 1/2 turn to right (CW) and step onto right

31 & 32         Step back onto left foot, step right foot next to left,  
                step forward onto left foot.

Walk forward, Stamp
33 - 36         Walk forward right, left, right, stamp left foot 
                forward.

Kick-scoot-step, Left coaster step
& 37 & 38       Bend right knee lifting foot, kick right foot forward,
                lift right knee and scoot backwards on left foot, step     
                back onto right foot.
39 & 40         Step back onto left foot, step right foot next to left,
                step forward onto left foot.

Note: As you step out onto right foot bring arms straight at sides with 
hands pointed outwards, scrunch shoulders slightly in and turn head to 
look right (or left) and hold that position while doing the following.
Shoulder shimmies can replace the following. 

41 & 42         Step right foot to right side and slightly forward and 
                bump hips to right, bump hips to left, bump hips to 
                right.
43 & 44         Bump hips to left, bump hips to right, bump hips to 
                left.
45 - 48         Bump hips to right, bump hips to left, bump hips to 
                right, bump hips to left. (This could also be a hip 
                roll in a circular fashion (either CW or CCW) from 
                right to left putting weight onto left foot upon 
                completion of roll.
